Leg strikes training is a crucial part of our self-defense classes, as your legs are naturally your strongest and heaviest limbs. Having such a powerful tool at your disposal, it would be foolish not to use it in a real fight where survival is at stake. This course will teach you how to use your legs as a weapon for your personal safety training.

Our Leg Strikes Training Courses

The training is broken down into three courses, designed to take you from a beginner to an advanced practitioner.

Basic Leg Strikes Training

In this training, you will learn the safest and simplest leg strike techniques from different positions. You will also learn how to fight using leg strikes against an opponent who uses them as well.

Intermediate Leg Strikes Training

Here, you will learn how to fight using leg strikes against an opponent who uses hand strikes or grappling. This builds on your foundational skills and prepares you for more dynamic encounters.

Advanced Leg Strikes Training

In this course, you will learn how to fight using leg strikes against armed opponents. This is a vital part of self-defense training for women and men who prefer to travel "light" without weapons.

Important Note: Fighting unarmed against armed opponents is a very bad idea. But if you prefer to travel "light," then you must know how to use your legs as weapons.
