THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPORT AND A REAL COMBAT
Here is Anatoliy Taras’s opinion on this matter:
"Let’s compare the key parameters of sport martial arts and real combat:”
HOW TO BECOME A WARRIOR
Let me start by answering this question from the opposite perspective — how one will definitely never become a warrior.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN
In my response to the question at hand, I proceed from the real state of affairs — namely, that you are ordinary man or a woman with a long list of responsibilities: family, work, studies, and so on. Accordingly, you don’t have the opportunity to stay in a dedicated training camp for an extended period (a week, a month, etc.).
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU FIGHT IN REAL LIFE
There is a belief that in order to become a good fighter, one must fight on the street as often as possible and regularly participate in real fights.
I have a different opinion on this matter.
