Our Stand-Up Grappling Training Courses
Our training is a comprehensive program broken down into three levels:
Basic Stand-Up Grappling Training
In this foundational course, you'll learn the safest and simplest techniques for stand-up grappling in different positions against an opponent who is also grappling with you.
Intermediate Stand-Up Grappling Training
Here, you will learn how to fight by using stand-up grappling against an opponent who uses hand and leg strikes. This builds on your basic skills and prepares you for more dynamic encounters.
Advanced Stand-Up Grappling Training
In this course, you will learn how to fight using stand-up grappling against armed opponents. This is a vital part of self-defense training for women and men who prefer to travel "light," without weapons.
Important Note: Fighting unarmed against armed opponents is a very bad idea. But if you prefer to travel "light," without weapons, then you must know how to grapple in a standing position in any situation.
